Business Profile

Our objectives are to provide sustainable employment and training for local people, to improve the quality of housing services provided to the community and to enhance the local environment in and around our village. We do this by providing housing management services under contract to Soha Housing for their 320 general needs properties in Berinsfield, and by providing grounds maintenance, gardening, cleaning and other services to local housing associations, parish councils and homeowners across South Oxfordshire.

Our Service Partners Our aim is to provide a high-quality service at a reasonable price. Our staff are experienced in the provision of our core housing management and grounds maintenance services. To ensure we offer an appropriate range of services we have partnered selected local firms to cover a range of specialised services, including tree surgery, lock replacement, cleaning and decorating. By working with specific local suppliers we offer a complete range of services whilst retaining a quality focus.

Grounds Maintenance We provide private gardening and amenity grounds maintenance services across South Oxfordshire. Customers include Soha Housing and Sovereign Housing and we work for a number of local parish councils and have expanded our presence in several parishes, carrying out work for local Churches, halls and voluntary groups. This enables us to offer a cost effective pricing structure, benefiting local organisations.
We also undertake ad-hoc work for councils, businesses and homeowner and are available during the year for grass-cutting, rubbish clearance, hedge cutting, turfing, paving, general garden services and ditch work. We can also provide tree cutting services on a large scale, which are delivered through our trusted and professional Service Partners.
